Niyati Financial Solutions acts in the following capacities:
- Mutual Fund Distributor: Registered with AMFI (ARN-326911). We distribute mutual fund products but do not provide fee-based investment advisory services (RIA).
- Loan Facilitator: Operating as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to facilitate credit facilities from partner banks and NBFCs. Final approval is at the lender's discretion.
- Insurance Advisor: Acting as an intermediary for insurance products under IRDAI registration (HDFI1111240874).

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when utilizing our calculators, submitting enquiries, or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, calculators, and designs on this platform are the exclusive property of Niyati Financial Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
