Level 1: Primary Contact
Please write to us detailing your issue at nfs@niyatifinancial.com. We aim to resolve all standard queries within 48 business hours.
Level 2: Escalation to Founder
If your query remains unresolved for more than 7 working days, you may escalate the matter directly to the Principal Founder, Kapil Mundhra, by requesting an escalation via the primary support channel.
Level 3: Regulatory Escalation
If you are still dissatisfied with the resolution provided for Mutual Fund related grievances, you may approach SEBI via the SCORES portal (scores.gov.in). For Insurance related grievances, you may approach the IRDAI grievance portal (Bima Bharosa).
